Parish REgistration

Parish registration ensures we are able to assist you with all your parish needs and that you can participate fully in the life and ministry of the parish.

Parish registration is necessary for:

• someone to bring you Holy Communion when you are sick
• verifying eligibility to be a godparent or confirmation sponsor
• enrollment in children's faith formation classes
• providing information on donations for tax purposes

If you are not sure if you reside in our parish boundaries, our staff will be happy to assist you in determining your designated parish according to diocesan boundary guidelines. To register with our parish, complete the form below and bring it to the parish office during office hours or email it to Katie here. Registration of those who live outside parish boundaries is subject to the pastor's approval.
