Women of Sacred Heart

The Women of Sacred Heart is open to all women in our parish. We gather to support one another in living our faith and to serve our parish family and greater community by supporting many parish needs and activities. The first Thursday of each month we play bunco. Proceeds support that month's outreach project. The third Thursday of the month is usually our "business meeting" where we discuss upcoming events followed by an activity.  Activities include playing games, making crafts, listening to a speaker, working on an outreach project, wine tasting, spa night and chocolate night. There is no requirement for the number of meetings or events you attend; come to one or two, or all of them.  You are always welcome!

Parish activities we regularly support include:

• Hosting Receptions - First Holy Communion, Confirmation, funerals, clergy appreciation, Easter Vigil and many more
• Co-sponsor events for youth of the parish - craft show concession stand sales (proceeds support youth outings and retreats), Trunk or Treat
• Parish events - semi-annual Craft & Gift shows, annual White Elephant Sale, basket raffles, Meatless Meals and our Parish Picnic
• Community outreach - School Supply Drive, Turkey Dinner Kits, Giving Tree, Easter Baskets, Blessing Bags, and card making/sales (proceeds support the Father Beiting Mission)
